Squarepusher or Tom Jenkinson is an exceptionally different artist. Having grown up in Chelmsford, Essex, England, this artist is a great example of England's electronica scene. His music is a mix between DnB and Breatbeat which can only truly be understood when you hear his music. See for yourself.
